1. Acceptance of the terms

Accessing, browsing and using the Website jurisserv.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) implies express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between OFFICES MANAGEMENT 2016, SLU, owner of the Website, and the User.

2. Services offered

The Website provides information about the professional services offered by the Jurisserv firms, as well as a contact channel through which the User may request further information or begin the engagement process.

Services are effectively engaged by signing the corresponding engagement letter or professional contract with the company of the firm that takes on the matter, and are governed by its own specific terms.

3. User obligations

The User undertakes to:

• Make lawful, diligent and legally compliant use of the contents and services of the Website.
• Not submit false, inaccurate or harmful information through the forms.
• Not carry out acts that may damage, overload or impair the normal operation of the Website.
• Respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the owner and of third parties.

4. Amendments

OFFICES MANAGEMENT 2016, SLU reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as the content and services of the Website. Amendments take effect upon publication.

5. Confidentiality and professional secrecy

All information provided by the User to the Jurisserv firms in the course of the provision of professional services is subject to the duty of professional secrecy and confidentiality in accordance with the applicable legislation.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary, in particular such consumer and user protection legislation as may be applicable.
