This legal notice governs the use of the website jurisserv.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by OFFICES MANAGEMENT 2016, SLU. Use of the Website confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions set out in this legal notice.

3. Network structure

The Website is operated by OFFICES MANAGEMENT 2016, SLU as the shared platform of the Jurisserv firms. The firms in Andorra, Barcelona, Madrid and Toulouse are legally independent entities, each with its own legal personality and professional liability, with no corporate link between them or with the owner of the Website. Professional services are in each case provided by the company of the relevant firm, as detailed on the “Network Structure” page.

4. Terms of use

The User undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website, as well as of the contents and services offered, in accordance with the applicable legislation, this legal notice, morality, good customs and public order.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of the Website (texts, images, logos, designs, source code, etc.) are owned by OFFICES MANAGEMENT 2016, SLU or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

OFFICES MANAGEMENT 2016, SLU accepts no liability for damages arising from interruptions, errors, omissions, viruses or any other element beyond its control that may affect the Website or the services offered. The owner of the Website does not provide professional advisory services and assumes no liability for the services rendered by the Jurisserv firms.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary, in particular such consumer and user protection legislation as may be applicable.
