Compliance Policy
General framework of regulatory compliance and criminal risk prevention of the Jurisserv firms, applicable to all professionals, collaborators and third parties acting on behalf of any of its firms.
Commitment to integrity
The companies of the Jurisserv firms have adopted an Organisation and Management Model for the prevention of criminal offences which, in the case of the Spanish companies, complies with articles 31 bis et seq. of the Spanish Criminal Code, as well as an Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with standard ISO 37001 and a Compliance Management System in accordance with standard ISO 37301, common to all the firms.
Guiding principles
- Strict regulatory compliance with the national, EU and international legislation applicable in each jurisdiction.
- Zero tolerance of any criminal, fraudulent or corrupt conduct or conduct contrary to professional ethics.
- Confidentiality and professional secrecy in all dealings with clients and third parties.
- Prevention of conflicts of interest, with prior disclosure and management procedures where one is identified.
- Continuing training of all professionals in compliance, anti-money laundering, GDPR and professional ethics.
Compliance body
The Compliance Committee is the internal body responsible for the supervision, monitoring and effectiveness of the Model. It has autonomous powers of initiative and control, and reports directly to the management of the firm.
Reporting breaches
Anyone who becomes aware of a possible breach may report it through the Whistleblower Channel, by email to compliance@jurisserv.com or in person. Confidentiality and the prohibition of retaliation are guaranteed.
