1. Data controller
The controller of browsing data and of general enquiries sent through the Website is OFFICES MANAGEMENT 2016, SLU (NRT L-711695-Y), with registered office at Av. de Joan Martí 83, Torb Building, 1st floor, door 4, AD200 Encamp (Principality of Andorra), operator of the Website.
Where the User addresses an enquiry to a specific firm (Andorra, Barcelona, Madrid or Toulouse), the controller of that enquiry is the company that owns the relevant firm, a legally independent entity, as detailed on the “Network Structure” page.
The single point of contact for data protection matters across all firms is: dpo@jurisserv.com.
2. Purposes of processing
We process the personal data that the User provides through the Website for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries, requests for information or quotations submitted through the forms.
- Providing the services engaged.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations (tax, commercial, etc.).
- Sending commercial communications about our services, solely where the User has given express consent.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing will be, in each case, one or more of the following: the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, or the legitimate interest of the controller.
4. Data retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and, in any event, for the statutory limitation periods of any actions that may arise.
5. Recipients
Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required or where strictly necessary for the provision of the service. Data may be shared between the companies of the Jurisserv firms solely where necessary to handle the enquiry or provide the service requested by the User. Processors (hosting providers, email delivery tools, etc.) with whom the corresponding contracts have been signed may likewise access the data.
6. Rights of the data subject
The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by sending an email to dpo@jurisserv.com stating the right they wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document.
The User is also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). Where the controller of the enquiry is the owner of the Website or the Andorra firm, the competent authority is the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (www.apda.ad); where it is the Toulouse firm, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Security measures
The companies of the Jurisserv firms and the owner of the Website apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of the processing, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and with the data protection legislation applicable to each controller.
